Recipe Grape Pie

  • Butter, melted, plus oil for the form - 4 Art. Spoons
  • Flour, plus flour for the form - 5.5 Cups
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 2/3 Glass
  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • Milk - 1/3 Glass
  • Extract of vanilla - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Baking powder - 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Lemon, grated peel - 1 piece
  • Orange, grated peel - 1 piece
  • A small fresh purple grapes - 300 Grams
  • Confectionery sugar for decoration - - Parts

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish and lightly sprinkle with flour. Beat the eggs with sugar in an electric mixer for about 3 minutes. Add the melted butter, olive oil, milk and vanilla extract and mix. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Add lemon and orange peel. Stir well and leave for 10 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the liquid. Add about 3/4 grapes to the dough. Spoon the dough into the prepared form and flatten the top with a spatula. Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle the top with the remaining grapes and bake until golden brown about 40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Extract from the mold, sprinkle with confectionery sugar before serving. Serve at room temperature, cut the cake into thin slices.
