Ingredients:
  • Alaska pollack 500 g
  • Onion 4 pcs.
  • Loaf 1 pc.
  • Wheat flour 3 tbsp. L.
  • Sunflower refined sunflower oil 6 tbsp. L.
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. L.
  • Fresh dill 1 bunch
  • Salt 1 tsp.
Instructions
  • Step 1 To make sandwiches, take fresh pollock, onions, mayonnaise with a fat content of 67%, a loaf, vegetable oil, flour, dill greens and salt.
  • Step 2 Clean the fish, remove the entrails, rinse thoroughly, dry and cut into small pieces.
  • Step 3 Cut the chopped fish, gently mix and roll in flour.
