Panini Recipe with Nectarine and Yogurt
- Yoghurt - 1/4 Cups (plain fat-free)
- Honey - 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Vanilla extract - 2 drops
- Bread - 8 slices (very thinly sliced white, without crusts)
- Nectarine, plum or peach - 2 pieces
In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, honey andExtract of vanilla. Spread about 1 tablespoon of yoghurt mixture on each of the 4 slices of bread. Arrange the top layer of fruit and cover the remaining slices of bread. Heat the frying pan over medium heat and sprinkle with oil in the sprinkler. Fry panini 2 pieces until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Put on the cutting board and repeat with the rest panini. Cut into 2 slices of each slice of bread, put on 4 dessert plates, pour with honey and serve.
