Instructions

1. Half the Italian sausage is peeled off. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. When the oil warms up, add the unpurified Italian sausage and fry for a few minutes on each side. Allow to cool slightly and cut into pieces. 2. Add the crushed chopped Italian sausage and fry in a frying pan until brown. Add chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute. Then add dry oregano and red pepper flakes (if you use it), stir. 3. Add the tomato paste and a glass of Marsala wine. 4. Then add a jar of tomato sauce and chopped Italian sausage. Reduce the heat, cover and fry for 20 minutes. 5. At this time, cook the pasta in accordance with the instructions on the package. Drain the water, add the pasta into the tomato sauce, mix and serve with fresh Parmesan cheese and basil.
