Ingredients:
  • Tomatoes - 2.5 Kilogram
  • Bitter pepper - 1 piece
  • Sweet pepper - 4 pieces
  • Black peppercorn - 10 pieces
  • Sweet pepper peas - 6 pieces
  • Parsley root - 2 pieces
  • Carrots - 2 pieces
  • Acetic essence - 4 teaspoons (80%)
  • Water - 1 liter (ingredients for marinade :)
  • Salt - 20 Grams
  • Sugar - 30 Grams
Instructions

Hold the carrots in boiling water for 5 minutes.Water before putting it in a jar. Put all the spices and vegetables in a 3 l jar, add the vinegar and pour the marinade (pre-mixing all the necessary ingredients). Then sterilize the workpiece for about 15 minutes. Store in a cool, dark place.
