Recipe for Mini Meatballs

Ingredients:
  • Lean ground beef - 450 Grams
  • Bacon (60 g), finely chopped - 2 Slices
  • Chopped fresh parsley - 1/4 Cups
  • Clove garlic, crushed - 2 pieces
  • Grated parmesan cheese. Spoons
  • Bread crumbs - 1 st. a spoon
  • Big egg - 1 piece
  • Ground nutmeg - 1/8 teaspoons
  • Salt and ground pepper - 1 part
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix beef, bacon,Parsley, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Pour out a mixture of 40 meatballs. Fold the meatballs on a baking sheet in one layer. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. Store the meatballs in a sealed container or a closed plastic bag. Before cooking, get the meatballs from the freezer, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, lay the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake until ready, about 15 minutes.
