Ingredients:

  • Sour cream 15-20% - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Milk - 30-40 Milliliters
  • Sugar - 2 Teaspoons
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Bitter chocolate (4 slices) - 30-40 Grams
Instructions

Cottage cheese, sour cream and milk beat in a blender onHigh speed. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Shake again. Chocolate melt in a water bath. Mousse put in a cup and add to it melted chocolate. All mix with a spoon.
