Kulebyak's recipe for puff pastry with cabbage

  • Cabbage - 1 kilo

1. Prepare the filling. Cabbage finely chop, then five or seven minutes blanch. Then we let the cabbage cool. 2. Boil hard-boiled eggs, clean the shell and finely chop. Then mix in a bowl cabbage, butter and boiled eggs. We pepper, salt, and mix everything. 3. We roll the dough into a thin layer. The prepared filling is put on the middle of the dough, the edges of the layer are then pinched. 4. We use a parchment or a foil to cover the baking sheet, lay the kulebyaka down with a seam down. We beat the egg in the bowl and then lubricate it with the kulebyaka. We put the tray with the kulebyaka into a preheated oven. We bake for about twenty minutes. 5.
