The recipe for cherry pudding

Ingredients:
  • Sugar - 1 Glass (For pie :)
  • Softened oil - 2 items. Spoons
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/8 teaspoons
  • Whole milk - 1/2 cup
  • Bank (450 g) cherries in syrup - 1 piece
  • Pecans - 1/2 cups
  • Cherry syrup - 1 Glass (For sauce:)
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Flour - 1 st. a spoon
  • Oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
Instructions

1. Finely chop the pecans. Dry the cherry and set aside the syrup. Preheat the oven to 145 degrees. Well oil the baking dish. 2. Beat up sugar and oil. Add the egg and mix well. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and then add the milk to the bowl. Add the cherry and shredded nuts and gently mix. 3. Pour the dough into the prepared form and gently flatten the surface. Bake for 40 minutes, until golden brown on the surface. 4. While the bake is baked, make the sauce. To do this, mix the cherry syrup, sugar and flour in a small saucepan. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until thick. Remove the sauce from the fire and add 1 tablespoon of butter and vanilla. 5. Pour the finished pie 1/3 sauce. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before serving until the pie is soaked in sauce. Decorate the pudding with whipped cream and serve.
