Recipe Pancakes with jam

  • White sugar - 50 Grams
  • Water - 125 Grams
  • Jam - 1 Glass
  • Vegetable oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Milk - 125 Grams
  • Wheat flour - 130 Grams
  • Egg - 2 pieces

For the test, we simply mix all the ingredients exceptJam, and we'll crush them with a whisk to a homogeneous consistency. In a frying pan warm up a little vegetable oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of dough into the heated frying pan. Fry until ready (quickly, not more than a minute) on one side. We turn over - and until ready on the other side. Similarly, we bake all the other pancakes. Every pancake is generously greased with jam. We wrap it with a tube and serve it to the table. You can decorate with fresh berries and whipped cream.
