Recipe Spinach with tofu and rice

Ingredients:
  • Olive oil - 2 items. Spoons
  • Bulb - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 4 teeth
  • Garam masala - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Vegetable broth - 600 milliliters
  • Spinach - 1200 Grams
  • Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
  • Tofu - 500 Grams
  • Tofu - 500 Grams (dried and cut into small cubes)
  • Greek yoghurt - 1/2 cup
Instructions

In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Cook, stirring, until the onion is soft, from 5 to 7 minutes. Add garam masala, cook, stirring, until the aroma appears, for about 1 minute. Add broth, bring to a boil. In a few visits fill the pan with spinach. Fry by adding more spinach, as soon as the place appears, 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low, simmer until soft spinach, until most of the liquid evaporates, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and gently mix with tofu and yogurt. Serve with brown rice.
