Although if you are on a diet, you can give your portion of meat to someone from the household, the soup with rice, in spite of the fact that it is cooked on a meat broth - a dish is quite dietary and you will not get extra grams. If the family has no opponents of celery, then at the stage of frying vegetables, you can add it. Just like soup with rice, you can make soup with any other cereal, for example - pearl barley.

Ingredients:
  • Beef flesh 400 g
  • Onions 1 pc.
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Round-grain rice 60 g
  • Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. L.
  • Bay leaf 1 pc.
  • Pepper fragrant 5 pcs.
  • Fresh dill 0.25 bunch
  • Pepper black ground 1 pinch
  • Salt 2 pinch
  • Water 2.5 l
Instructions
  • Step 1 To make soup, take a smooth piece of beef without excess fat, carrots, onions, 3-4 handfuls of rice, spices and fresh dill.
  • Step 2 Wash beef and cut into small blocks.
  • Step 3 Pour the meat in 2.5 liters of cold water, add the scented pepper, bay leaf and a pinch of salt. Bring everything to a boil and cook over low heat for 1.5 hours, taking off the foam.
  • Step 4 Finely chop the onions, cut the carrots into slices, and then into 2 or 4 pieces.
  • Step 5 Preheat the vegetable oil and fry the onions with carrots until golden onions.
  • Step 6 When the broth is cooked, add 3-4 handfuls of rice and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked.
  • Step 7 Then put the roast, finely chopped dill, bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
