Recipe Orange-almond cake

Ingredients:
  • Butter - 100 Grams
  • Fine Sugar - 225 Grams
  • Ground almonds - 225 Grams
  • Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Oranges - 2 Pieces
  • Corn meal - 225 Grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sol - 1 Pinch
  • Cream Fresh - 3-4 Art. Spoons
  • Wine santo (Italian dessert wine) or almond liqueur - 1 st. a spoon
Instructions

To make a pie, you must first warm upOven to 190 degrees, then grease with oil and sprinkle with flour form for baking. The oil must be beaten until a pale mass is formed, then add sugar and mix again. Add the almonds and vanilla, eggs (one at a time), zest, orange juice, flour, baking powder and salt, whilst continuing to whisk constantly. Bake in the oven for half an hour, then sprinkle with wine or liqueur. It is advisable to serve with cream.
