1. Mix the chili, turmeric, cinnamon and paprika. Divide the seasonings into two equal parts. Roll the duck breast in one part of the seasoning, the seasoning should cover the breast from all sides. Take the second breast and roll it in the rest of the seasoning. 2. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, lay a duck in it and fry it on both sides for 4-5 minutes. 3. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Lay the duck on a baking tray, pre-greased with vegetable oil, and bake for 7 minutes. 4. Cut the carrots and Bulgarian peppers into slices. Very thinly cut ginger. Put the vegetables in a deep frying pan. Add soy sauce and lemon juice. 5. Fry vegetables with noodles, stirring constantly, until cooked. Vegetables should remain crisp. 6. Remove the duck from the oven and make sure it is ready. Make a deep incision if the meat is pink throughout the length, the duck can be removed. 7. Cut the ready duck into slices and add to the vegetables. Duck in Chinese can be served on the table!
