Ingredients here are taken simple, so that you will get a very economical dessert, which will please the whole family. By the way, about the ingredients - it is not necessary to use strawberries, you can prepare homemade jelly in the same way and from other berries that you have (except that the amount of sugar should be changed depending on how sweet the berries are used). So, we prepare: 1. First of all we defrost the strawberries (although if you have fresh berries, then just rinse them well and remove the remains of the stems). 2. My berries were already cut into halves, it looked very nice in the ready jelly :) But if you have whole berries, you can simply part of them with a crush, and leave some of the small ones intact. 3. Prepared berries put in a saucepan, fall asleep with sugar and starch, and mix thoroughly. Let's set aside the strawberry a little bit of juice. 4. In the meantime, for our classic homemade casserole recipe in a separate saucepan, we set the water to boil. As soon as it boils, - pour into our strawberry slurry, and continue to cook on a small fire, stirring occasionally. 5.
