Recipe Steak marinated in onion juice

  • Meat (pork or beef) - 700 Grams
  • Onions - 2 Pieces
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Onion is cleaned and crushed with a blender or food processor to a puree consistency. We put the resulting onion mass in gauze. Squeeze the juice from the gauze into a saucepan. You should get about a glass of pure onion sauce (although this depends on the size of the bulbs, of course). We put the steaks in a form in which it will be convenient to pickle them. Solim, pepper the meat. Pour the meat half of the onion juice. Turn the steaks, salt-pepper, pour the remaining juice. Marinate meat for at least 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. Then we warm up the grill or brazier. We spread marinated steaks on the grill and fry for 4-5 minutes on one side (depending on the desired degree of roasting). We turn around and cook about the same on the other side.
