Recipe Cookies with chocolate and marshmallow

  • Flour - 2 Cups
  • Crackers - 1 cup
  • Soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Softened butter - 3/4 Cups
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/4 Cups
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Hershey's chocolate bar - 2 pieces
  • Slices of chocolate Hershey "s - 24 pieces (2 full tiles)
  • Zephyr marshmallow - 6 pieces

1. Two large chocolate bars. Marshmallow cut in half. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat. 2. Grind crackers in a food processor. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, crushed crackers, salt and soda. Set aside. Whisk butter and sugar together in a large bowl with a mixer. Beat with egg and mix with vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture to the oil mixture and beat until a uniform consistency. Stir with chopped chocolate. 3.
