Recipe Ricotta Cream
- Ricotta cheese - 1 piece (packing ~ 450 grams)
- Sugar or powdered sugar - 2-4 Art. Spoons (to your taste)
- Cinnamon - 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon
- Grated chocolate - - To taste (optional)
We put the cheese in a bowl, in which we will preparecream. To the cheese to taste we add sugar powder or sugar. If you add sugar, the cream will have to mix longer, so that the sugar is completely dissolved in it. Because of sugar, the cheese will melt slightly and become liquid and similar in consistency to the cream. Then add cinnamon to the cheese. ATTENTION! Cinnamon is mandatory, without it, ricotta will never turn into a cream. Then you can add grated chocolate to ricotta cream. But this is not necessary. All the mix well and the cream is ready. To store in the refrigerator a cream from ricotta more than a day is not recommended. Bon Appetit!
