It is best to use fillets cut from the bird's pods to prepare this dish, but it's also suitable for breasts, but remember that in this case the cooking time should be slightly reduced. Mushrooms can also be used different. The most delicate taste will give the mushrooms, although fresh mushrooms or butter mushrooms are also suitable. Depending on your taste, you can at the end of the cooking add turkey stew, a little wheat or corn flour, then the sauce will turn out to be more dense and satisfying. And as a side dish to this dish you can serve boiled rice or crumbly buckwheat porridge.

Ingredients:
  • Turkey fillet 800g
  • Mushrooms champignons 400 g
  • Onions 1 pc.
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Cream 200 ml
  • Water boiled 1 tbsp.
  • Pepper black ground 2 pinch
  • Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. L.
  • Salt 2 pinch
Instructions
  • Step 1 To prepare this dish you will need turkey fillets, onions, champignons, spices and cream with a fat content of at least 20%.
  • Step 2 Wash the turkey fillet, drain and cut into cubes.
  • Step 3 Cut the onions into half rings, and the champignons into 4 pieces.
  • Step 4 Preheat the vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms with onions until soft.
  • Step 5 In a different frying pan, saute the fillets on high heat until golden brown.
  • Step 6 1-2 cloves of garlic finely chopped.
  • Step 7 Add the mushrooms with the onion to the turkey.
