Recipe Pancakes with cottage cheese

  • Pancakes ready - 20 pieces
  • Cottage cheese - 500 Grams
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 2 Teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Butter - 50 Grams

Prepare the ingredients. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar and salt. Stir well. We put a tablespoon of the resulting filling on the edge of the pancake. Fold the edges, as in the photo. We wrap the pancake. Similarly wrap all the other pancakes. Just before serving, pancakes should be lightly fried in a frying pan with melted butter.
