Chicken liver, fried with onions

  • Chicken Liver - 450 Grams
  • Bulb - 1 piece
  • Milk - 1,5 glasses
  • Flour - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Salt - - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2 items. Spoons (for frying)

Rinse the liver thoroughly, cut in halfEach piece. Put in a bowl. Pour the milk so that the milk completely covers the liver. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry until golden. Take the onion out of the frying pan when it becomes golden. Do not remove the frying pan from the fire. Each piece of chicken liver roll in flour. Put the pieces of liver in a hot frying pan with a little oil. Fry until brown on one side. Then turn over and fry the other side until ready. Salt to taste. Return the roasted onion to a frying pan, mix with the liver and fry together for another 1 minute. Done! Serve best with mashed potatoes.
