The traditional way is to prepare the yeast dough. In warm milk, dissolve the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar, in a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a small amount of salt and sugar. Mix yeast and egg masses, as well as melted margarine. Add 2-3 tablespoons. Of vegetable oil and mix, then add the flour into the mixture and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Meanwhile, apples are cleaned, cut into small cubes, fry in medium heat in vegetable oil for 2 minutes, then sprinkle a little sugar (to taste, depending on how acidic you have apples) and mix. We pluck a small piece of dough, roll it into a cake. In the center of the cake, put a little stuffing. We wrap the patty, we cover the edges. Spread the patties on a baking tray, oiled, seam down. Leave the patties for 10-15 minutes, let them go. Then grease the patties with a beaten egg and send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Bake approximately 20 minutes before a ruddy crust.
