Recipe Marinated Carrots

Ingredients:
  • Carrots - 450 Grams (cut into wedges)
  • Water - 1 1/4 Cups
  • Cider - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic - 2 teeth
  • Seeds of dill - 1 1/2 Art. Spoons
  • Salt - 1 1/2 Art. Spoons
Instructions

Place the carrots in a heat-resistant bowl. Cook the remaining ingredients in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Pour the broth into the carrots. Wait for the marinade to cool. Close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 1 day. Carrots can be stored chilled in an airtight container up to 1 month.
