Recipe Perch stuffed with vegetables

  • Sweet pepper - 8 pieces
  • Carrots - 2 pieces
  • Celery root - 1 piece
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • White cabbage - 200 Grams
  • Tomato juice - 1 glass
  • Vegetable oil - 3 Art. Spoons

To make minced meat, onion, celery, cabbage andCarrots shredded straws, rescued in oil, mixed with onion and cooled. With pepper cut off the top of the pod in the form of a lid.
