When the fragrance comes from the shell, add the chopped garlic to the pan and put it all in the soup. Immediately remove the pan from the fire so that the shrimps are not digested. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread the prawns on plates, spill soup and - the main secret - in each plate add 1 teaspoon of pumpkin oil. It will give the dish an unusual flavor.
