Recipe: Soup with giblets

  • Giblets - 500 Grams

So - follow the instructions and prepare the soup from goose giblets. Recipe: 1. Preparing the offal. From the stomach remove the inner film, remove the blood clots from the heart, remove the bile duct from the liver. If you have wings and neck left from the goose, use them safely. 2. Washed giblets are transferred into a pan with water and set to cook. 3. Clean and wash my vegetables. 4. Cut the bulb crosswise, cut into 4 parts one carrot and add to the pot with giblets. We cook for about 35 minutes. 5. While the broth is being boiled, fry the finely chopped onion with olive oil. Celery root and carrots three on a large grater (a small slice of carrot will be rubbed on a very small grater - this carrot will give our broth a beautiful color) and fry with onions. 6. Filter the broth. Onion and carrots from the broth are discarded. Add the chopped potatoes, toasted vegetables, salt and cook until done. 7. Add the ground pepper and herbs. We remove the pan from the plate. Soup can be served on a table with sour cream or cream. You can make crumbs with garlic. Experiment and choose the option that suits you. Good luck!
