In the remaining butter, add salt, pepper and spices. We mix it well. Now be patient. It is necessary to take each potato and lubricate each incision with melted butter. Yes, it's long, but it's necessary. For the sake of experiment, a couple of potatoes just wrapped in butter and baked - turned out not so delicious as those potatoes that we carefully lubricated in the cuts. We spread the smeared potatoes in a baking dish, sprinkle salt on top again and send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for exactly 1 hour. Serve hot as a garnish. Bon Appetit!
