Recipe Sandwiches with sausages and sauerkraut

Ingredients:

  • Red bow - 1 piece
  • Sauerkraut - 420 Grams
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
  • Sausages - 360 Grams
  • Rolls for hamburgers - 4 pieces
  • Mustard - 1/4 cup
  • Pickled cucumbers - 1/2 cup
Instructions

Heat the grill to medium temperature, lightlyLubricate the grill with oil. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions and fry, stirring, until soft, for 4 to 5 minutes. Add sauerkraut, sugar, cumin and 1/2 cup water, season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until cabbage is warmed, from 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside. Fry the sausages on the grill, often turning, until golden brown, from 10 to 12 minutes. Fry the buns with the cut side down, 1 to 2 minutes. Lightly oil the buns with butter and mustard. Cut the sausages in half lengthwise, put on each bun 2 halves of sausages and cucumbers, cover the rest of the bun. Serve with sauerkraut and potato chips.
